My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, while clean, felt a bit cramped and outdated for the price paid. On the bright side, it was immaculately clean, cozy, and even had a LAN cable for my convenience. The service was exceptional, although a little language barrier existed during checkout, they efficiently arranged for my luggage to be forwarded to my next destination. The location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from Nagano Train Station with plenty of eateries and shops around. While the hotel didn't offer much in terms of extra amenities, the dining experience was delightful with delicious food and captivating views of the mountains.
